GhOne TV’s Cookie Tee in a video posted on her Instagram page forced a DJ to play songs by Ghanaian artists at a Mall in the United States.

Cookie Tee was expecting to the DJ play songs by Ghanaian big stars such as Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and others but that never happened, rather, Nigeria’s Wizkid’s song was on loud!

Nigerian musicians are far ahead of Ghanaian musicians and it’s time we get that into our thick skulls and stop deceiving ourselves.

The DJ knew nothing about songs by Ghanaian artists and it took Cookie Tee’s pressure for him to search for Kwesi Arthur’s hit song, “Anthem” and play it.
