Tiwa Savage Pulls Out Of Upcoming DSTV Delicious Festival In Johannesburg Over Xenophobic Attacks On Nigerians

Following the recent xenophobic attacks by some South Africans on Nigerians living in South Africa, Nigerian musician, Tiwa Savage who’s billed to perform at upcoming DSTV Delicious Festival in Johannesburg has pulled out.

According to Tiwa Savage in a tweet, she cannot sit and watch his fellow Nigerians being treated like animals and still accept to perform in DSTV Concert which will be held in South Africa, Johannesburg.

Tiwa Savage on Twitter wrote: “I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. My prayers are with all the victims and families affected by this”.

In other news, Burna Boy has threatened to beat up South African rapper, AKA for supporting xenophobic attacks on Nigerians living in South Africa.
