The earlier reports say the shooting incident that saw the tragic death of 28-year-old Takeoff also injured two other victims. A 24-year-old yet-to-be-identified woman and a 23-year-old man.
However, the 23-year-old has been identified as Quavo‘s personal assistant Joshua ‘Wash’ Washington. Reports say both of these victims have been treated and have recovered with no life-threatening injuries.
Takeoff together with his closest family Quavo and Offset formed the eminent hip-hop trio, Migos. He was murdered on 1st November when a dice game turned violent in Houston.
The Police are yet to arrest any suspects but medical examiners are done examining the deceased and ready to transport the body to the family for funeral preparations.

As previously reported, on Tuesday (Nov. 1), Takeoff, born Kirshnik Ball, was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. According to reports, Police received a call of a shooting in progress around 2:34 a.m. local time. Officers arrived at a bowling alley and found a dead man, Takeoff, at the scene.
Initial reports revealed that two other people – a 23-year-old man and 24-year-old woman – were also injured in the shooting. However, the identities of the other victims weren’t released at the time
New reports claim that the 23-year-old man who was shot is Quavo’s assistant Joshua “Wash” Washington. He was rushed to the hospital following the incident and was allegedly treated for injuries cops have described as “non-life threatening.”
The shooter of the attack has yet to be publicly named, but the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office says Takeoff was struck in both the head and torso. Allegedly, Quavo and a bystander attempted to resuscitate Takeoff after he was shot. Unfortunately, when authorities arrived the Georgia native was pronounced dead on the scene.
Black folks, especially rappers should start acting right and stop this sh-t. We can’t continue saying RIP to young men who have soo much to offer the music industry.
