A photo of a house listing advertisement believed to be when Tracey Boakye’s plush mansion in Accra was listed for sale for a whopping $350,000 (negotiable) has popped up on the internet—following her salty beef with Mzbel and Gloria Kani.
In the photo of the listing advertisement of the plush mansion believed to be Tracey’s current home—and which is currently circulating on the internet, its listing advertisement caption read;
“Modern executive house for sale at (location blacked) 4 bedroom with one boys quarter. 350,000$”.
As to whether it’s the same house Tracey Boakye is currently living in or not, we cannot confirm that but we compared photos of her plush mansion uploaded on her own Instagram page with that of the photo of the house on the listing advertisement and found similar architectural features.
Tracey Boakye in her live video trash-talking about Mzbel disclosed that her plush mansion in Accra was bought for her by her rich sugar daddy who she referred to as “Papa no”—so you do not need a magician to convince you that someone’s husband either coughed $350,000 or a little less to get her that plush mansion she has been bragging about on Instagram.
Per our calculations, $350,000 is equivalent to Ghc2,024,135.75 or a little less──depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
