The Ghanaian movie industry is dead and the sad news is that no one seems to have technical know-how about how to resurrect it─and the good news is that it has been a blessing in disguise to the majority of the actresses and actors, I don’t need to say much about this as it’s all clear that most of them are surviving on the fat and benevolent pockets of wealthy old men and women.
The industry players mostly blame the government for not pushing more money into the industry─I guess the government has a lot of better things to do with the taxpayers’ money than to waste it on the dead movie industry.

The dead movie industry has forced Yvonne Nelson and Prince David Osei to hit the streets and beg people to attend the premiere of Yvonne Nelson’s movie “Fix Us”.
In photos posted on the Instagram page of Prince David Osei, they were seen hustling and begging people on the streets to attend the premiere of “Fix Us”.
The movie premieres on December 6, 2019, at the Silverbird Cinema─and I pray all those they begged on the streets attend the movie premiere of “Fix Us”.
