Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez‘s trial began today with Megan taking the stand to recount her version of the shooting incident back in 2020.

Megan Thee Stallion says Tory and her were romantic at that time and their argument started with their relationship before it escalated to Tory shooting her in both legs. Megan further mentioned that after he shot her, Tory pleaded with her not to mention it to anyone, especially the cops because he was on probation before he proceeded to gift her $1 million.

Defense attorney George Mgdesyan told the Jurors that Tory was not on probation at the time of the incident. Megan continued to say, she lied about the incident for the fear of police and also for her career because black men will turn against her just like Drake did.

Megan claimed she still suffers nerve damage, she feels numb at that side of her foot and the back of her foot is always sore.

Tory Lanez had a loaded gun at the time of the incident but claimed he never fired the shots. Megan says she intentionally lied to the cops to protect herself. Who do you think is lying? Meg or Tory?

In court, Megan Thee Stallion claimed Tory Lanez offered her $1 million to keep quiet after he allegedly shot her.

“He started apologizing,” she said of Lanez after he allegedly shot her in both feet.

Meg says Lanez offered her $1 million not to say anything. He told her he was on probation and could not go back to jail. Defense attorney George Mgdesyan told jurors he was not on probation.

“I did not know he had a gun that night,” she said. She then explained why she first told the cops that she had stepped on glass when they say blood on her feet.

“At this time, we were at the height of police brutality with George Floyd,” she said, adding that it was “not really acceptable” for Black people to cooperate with police. She was concerned they would shoot first and ask questions after.

“I couldn’t walk for a while,” she said. “I still have nerve damage. I can’t really feel the side of my left foot. The back of my feet are always sore, but I just push through it.”
