Kris Jenner as always is in the headlines for the wrong reason and it is something that can send her a** to jail this time around.
About two years ago, Kris Jenner’s black American former bodyguard Marc McWilliams sued her for allegedly assaulting him s-xually and further got him fired when he declined the offer. Marc sued Pimp Mama for $3 million for allegedly holding his d*** and also s-xually assaulting him in her Bentley.
Well, because of the rigid NDA, the presiding judge on the case, Armen Tamzarian ordered that both parties find an arbitrator to settle the issue without the press before January 6, 2023. However, the issue is still hanging with no actions taken. Judge Armen is mad, he called both lawyers on the case and has set the new hearing to February 14, 2024, where he asked that arbitration be served before he meets both parties.

According to a new report, Kris failed to reach an agreement with her former bodyguard who sued her for s**ual assault, after Kris was ordered to settle the case through private arbitration.
Last year, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tamzarian gave both the Kardashian mom and her accuser Marc McWilliams until January 6, 2023 to find an arbitrator to listen to arguments from both sides and settle the case.
Marc, 47, sued Kris, 65, for $3million, claiming she grabbed his cr*tch, exposed herself to him when he was still working for the family in 2017 and then had him fired when he rebuffed her advances.
The former bodyguard also claimed that Kris s**ually assaulted him while they were out in her luxury Bentley.
Marc initially filed the lawsuit in public – but a Los Angeles judge immediately sealed the case, and ordered the matter to be privately settled through arbitration – because Marc signed an airtight NDA.
That hasn’t happen nearly two years after the case was filed – and the judge is upset, Media Take Out confirmed.
Judge Tamzarian met with lawyers from both parties in court last week and set a new status hearing for February 14, 2024 – Valentine’s Day – and warned both lawyers, ‘I expect the arbitration to be done by then.’

Of all the bad things we know Pimp Mama for, this is an extra one. Thanks to NDA, details of the case won’t be soo public for her to be dragged. Or, the case will be undermined, because it was done against a man.
If a male boss had touched a female subordinate’s bre-st while on duty, I’m sure #MeToo would have been all over getting him canceled and jailed by now. Marc better get his settlement from this woman with no sense of dignity!
