Malcolm X's Daughter, Malikah Shabazz, Found Dead In Her Brooklyn Home Less Than 2 Weeks After The Men Convicted For Her Father's Assassination Were Exonerated

Could it be a mere coincidence or there is foul play? In some sad news, Malcolm X‘s daughter Malikah Shabazz has been found dead in her Brooklyn home just two weeks after the two men convicted for her father’s assassination were exonerated.

According to WABC-TV, her lifeless body was found at home by her daughter and TMZ claims that her death doesn’t appear suspicious.

From TMZ:

“Shabazz’s death does not appear to be suspicious, according to WABC-TV, and her body was found at home by her daughter. However, the timing is eerie considering just last week 83-year-old Muhammad Aziz and Khalil Islam — who died in 2009 — were exonerated after a several-decades long investigation.”

Malikah Shabazz is one of the six children of the late civil rights leader Malcolm X with his wife Betty Shabazz. Malcolm X was assassinated in New York City in 1965 at the age of 39.

Malikah Shabazz was 56 years and her cause of death is yet to be established. May she rest peacefully with her father.
