An eviction notice served by a landlord to a tenant has gone viral on the internet over the reason of eviction. It’s a ridiculous reason and I think the landlord is jealous of the tenant receiving female visitors in his rented apartment.
According to the landlord, this tenant of his has been bringing different women to his apartment, and since that’s against the rules and regulations spelled in the tenancy agreement, he is evicting the tenant for going against the rules.
The landlord says that several warnings were given to the tenant to stop bringing in different women into the apartment but he never gave a hoot about the warnings.
The tenant has been given up to the end of November 2021 to leave the apartment since he isn’t ready to go by the rules and regulations governing the renting of the apartment.
