Ghana's Coronavirus Cases Jump From 7 to 9 And Counting

As part of plans to make life more comfortable for Ghanaians in lockdown due to coronavirus, Ghanaians, for the next 3 months will not pay water bill according to President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

According to President Akufo Addo during his 5th address to Ghanaians on coronavirus this evening, April 5, 2020, the government will absorb water bills of citizens for the next 3 months; April, May and June.

The president continued that he has ordered the Ghana Water Company and Electricity Company of Ghana to supply water and electricity to the good people of Ghana with no interruption.

President Akufo Addo also made some offers to health professionals on the frontline in Ghana’s bid to fight against deadly coronavirus.

Ayalolo buses will be available to pick health professionals from Tema and Accra to their various hospitals according the president.

For April, May and June, there will be no water bills burden on Ghanaians all thanks to coronavirus!
