According to our reliable sources, the man after winning in one of his strongholds jumped on the streets and started jubilating that he has won.
He actually called Nana Aba Anamoah on phone and declared himself as the winner for the Adukrom Nima Electoral Area─deceiving Nana Aba Anamoah, GhOne TV and Ghana Media.

Nana Aba Anamoah who interviewed Honourable Aponkye on GhOne TV prior to the elections announced on Twitter a few minutes ago that he has won──and that she just spoke to him on phone and cannot reach him again.
Honourable Aponkye rather lost the elections──and to me, he has fooled the whole of Ghana.
