Ghana Records 21 Coronavirus Cases With 1 Death

Again, Ghana’s coronavirus cases have jumped from 19 to 21 in the last 24 hours and it’s becoming a headache to each Ghanaian.

The country has recorded its first coronavirus death and it happened in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

In view of the above, President Akufo Addo has announced the closure of all borders effective from March 21, 2020.

The coronavirus cases in Ghana keep increasing each day and from the look of things, the President will announce a total lockdown in his next address to the Nation.

He has also declared Wednesday, March 25, 2020, as a National day of fasting and prayer to fight against the spread of coronavirus in Ghana.

For now, there are 20 coronavirus patients in Ghana and according to the President, they are all responding to treatment.

The report on Ghana’s official website for coronavirus updates reads; “Ghana recorded two(2) new cases of coronavirus with one(1) death confirmed which leaves 20 more cases”.
