Okay, now that is a bizarre twist, Elon Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion just so he and his pals, Donald Trump and Kanye West can say whatever they want with no consequences.
Interestingly, Elon acquired Twitter barely a month now and reinstated Kanye West about two weeks ago after he was suspended for anti-Semitic rants, but Kanye has spat at Elon so much that even after suspending his account, he wants to punch him.
Kanye West was on infowar with Alex Jones, and his anti-Semitic rants took a whole wild turn with him lauding Hitler. He further took to Twitter and posted an image of Swastika inside a Star of David. Well, not even freedom-of-speech-absolute Elon Musk could handle that level of craze, so he suspended Kanye’s account.
Going against every freedom of speech trend he has set soo far, Elon took to his Twitter handle to explain his actions to users. And that is when he made the shocking revelation that he wanted to punch Ye after seeing the anti-Semitic post. And if Elon continues to keep Ye on Twitter, I’m sure we will one day see Elon and Ye fist-fighting.
Via Media Take Out;
Elon Musk says he wanted to punch his pal Kanye West after the rapper’s anti-semitic posts last week.
“At some point you have to say what is incitement to violence because it is against the law in the U.S.,” Musk said. “Posting swastikas in what obviously is not a good way is an incitement to violence.”
He added, “I personally wanted to punch Kanye, so that was definitely inciting me to violence. That’s not cool.”
Hate speech has reportedly increased majorly since Musk took over the platform
Ye trended online most of last week for his interview on InfoWars. Ye declared his like for Adolf Hitler more than once and even has Alex Jones, who is banned from Twitter, post from his account.
Jones tweeted, “I love the first amendment! Long live Ye! I pray to Jesus that Elon is for real.”
Ye is still suspended even though he claimed his suspension was only for 12 hours.
Damn! Elon Musk has made Twitter a hell of space for even the craziest people to feel comfortable and post anything. And Kanye West still p-sses him off to the point he wants to fight. Damn!
