Following Ghana’s 136 coronavirus cases, President of the Republic, His Excellency Akufo Addo has locked down Accra, Tema and Kumasi for two weeks starting from Monday, March 30, 2020.
The President made this known during his 4th address to the Nation on the update of Ghana’s fight against coronavirus.

UPDATE: Affected municipalities in Accra are; Accra Metropolis, Tema Metropolis, Adenta, municipality, Ashaiman, Madina, Ablekuma, Ayawaso and others.
Areas affected in Kumasi are; Kumasi Metropolis, Suame municipalities, Oforikrom municipalities, Tafo, Kwabre East, Atwima Kwawoma municipalities and others.
