August Alsina’s gay confession is reportedly a charade to gain media attention and also promote his music with his supposed lover, Zu, who has identified as Alsina’s kid brother.
So after the media and social media got tired of August Alsina and Jada Pinkett’s daft romance and moved on to other silly relationships happening in Hollywood, August ceased to matter.
So, he created a stunt on ‘The Surreal Show’ claiming his younger brother Zu is his new lover. And it worked with many backlashes and well wishes but August’s fans are here to prove that Zu is not his lover, but rather his kid brother, making the whole gay revelation a social media stunt.

Yesterday August Alsina nearly broke the internet, after he appeared to “come out” as a gay man while on the reality show The Surreal Life. In the show, August brought out a man, and labeled the man as his “love.”
Well it turns out that man, who is also an R&B singer named Zu, is really August Alsina’s brother, Media Take Out learned. And the “coming out” was all just a part of a “trolling scene” to get the singer’s name back in the news … and it worked.
In a confessional, the 30-year-old singer said:
“I would like a love that feels limitless. And then what do you know? Love showed up, but in a new way. I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching my so much about love and healing. I want to that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like.”
A man then entered the frame and sat down next to August and they both said “I love you” while sharing an awkward embrace as the credits rolled.
August’s fans revealed the man is actually August’s blood brother, Zu. And they had proof:
Well, despite Alsina behaving like a member of the LGBTQ+, he can’t f*** his kid brother so we will wait till he comes out of the closet or declares that Jada was sweet to the extent he has no intention of chasing after his fellow man.
